Making A Purchase: Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store and add any items that you wish to buy in the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details, which will enable us to complete the order.
We accept credit card payments and Visa, Mastercard, Switch and Solo cards.
Alternatively UK Cheques and Postal Orders may be sent to us, but please note that no products will be dispatched until the payment has cleared.
When you receive a 'confirmation of order', this indicates that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. When we send you an invoice, this indicates acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us. We have included this term to protect us in case a mistake has been made in pricing, that we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or that we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable.
Shipping, handling and postage will be added automatically where applicable.
Overseas shipping will be calculated automatically during checkout. Please note that there is a 2kg limit per order on overseas shipping.
Delivery Schedule: We will do our best to send orders out withing 48 hours of receiving the order, but on occasions, we may not manage to achieve this.
VAT is charged at 20% (from 1st January 2011) where applicable, and has been included in most product prices at the checkout.
Credit Card Security: All credit and debit card transactions are carried out by dedicated 3rd party payment processing services with SSL encryption for ultimate security.

Privacy Policy: Baby Sensory Supplies do not disclose buyers' information to third parties other than when order details are processed as part of the order fulfilment. In this case, the third party will not disclose any details to any other third party.

Returns Policy Goods returned policy.
· Faulty Goods will be replaced or the cost refunded as requested.
· Because you are buying the Goods by mail order, you may have a right of cancellation. If you do, (and only if you do), these are the terms which apply:
· You must tell us that you wish to cancel within 7 days of your receipt of the Goods;
· The Goods must be returned to us within 21 days of your telling us you wish to cancel, with both goods and all packaging in their original condition. Goods must be securely wrapped and include our delivery slip, at your risk and cost.
· After we have received the Goods, we will credit your credit/debit card or Paypal account with the full purchase price of the goods (excluding postage and packaging) returned no later than 30 days from the date of receipt;
· If you do not return the Goods to us, you are still liable to pay us for the cost.
· We are under no obligation to collect or recover Goods from you, but if we do, our costs will be payable by you.
