Welcome to the Baby Sensory® Shop!

The Baby Sensory® Shop was founded in 2008 by Dr Lin and Howard Day following the phenomenal success of their award-winning Baby Sensory™ (www.babysensory.com) classes across the UK. Dr Lin Day’s vision for the Baby Sensory® Shop was to offer a rich source of researched and tested sensory products to help parents promote their baby’s learning and development from birth.

The Baby Sensory® Shop started in the home of Dr Lin and Howard Day, and transferred to a small unit as the business grew. In 2017, our growing team moved to a warehouse which enabled us to move forward with branded developments such as Tod, our Toddler Sense® soft toy doll, beach balls, chiffon scarves, and ‘Say Hello’ products to add extra value to learning and development and play at home. As the demand for Toddler Sense® (www.toddlersense.com) classes grew, we expanded our range of toys and props to spark imagination, creativity, exploration, and problem-solving skills in toddlers.

The Baby Sensory® Shop currently offers a wide range of products from our exclusive Baby Sensory® ‘Say Hello to The Sun’ book to educational development toys, musical instruments, finger and hand puppets, and props and resources to engage and stimulate babies and toddlers at home.

We work with the very best manufacturers and suppliers to ensure that our products are compliant with health and safety standards, are of the very best quality, and meet the sensory needs of babies and toddlers.

Meet the Team

Our highly motivated team is at the heart of the Baby Sensory® Shop.

	Chloe - Warehouse Manager I joined the Baby Sensory® Shop in 2014 and have the pleasure of being surrounded by a small and vibrant team. I love all aspects of my role but particularly seeing our beautiful products going off to be enjoyed. Knowing that our efforts will benefit our wonderful customers makes me feel incredibly fulfilled.
	Natalie - Administrator The Baby Sensory® Shop is a great place to work. I am part of a really positive team, the diversity of work makes each day different, and I really believe in the quality and developmental value of the products we send to our customers. I also love wrapping up each customer's unique order to send out!
	Katie - Programmes and Training Coordinator I joined Baby Sensory® in September 2021 supporting my Baby Sensory® and Toddler Sense® colleagues. I love that my role within the company, has since evolved, as one day I will be packing orders to send to customers and the next day, working in the programmes and training department.
	Sean - Managing Director I joined the business in 2018. Our retail business plays a crucial role supplementing our leading research-based programmes and franchise network. The passion and dedication of our team to source the very best products to support parents/carers continues to inspire me as we continue growing and furthering our journey as the leading pre-school educators from birth.
	Imogen - Company Director Babies and toddlers learn at an incredible rate and are full of curiosity. It is an absolute privilege to help move their learning and development forward. Our range of toys and props are carefully selected to enhance learning, development, and bonding, so I hope you enjoy our shop and have fun along the way!
	Dr Lin Day - Founder and Company Director I have the best job in the world writing programmes, lesson plans, songs, music, and articles, and designing and developing products for babies and toddlers. Our team aims to provide an exceptional service to our customers, to offer high quality, innovative products at best prices, and to deliver them to you as quickly as possible. The interests of our customers and the safety of our products are a top priority for us.

Our latest additions include free downloadable Toddler Sense® worksheets (with instructions) for busy toddler adventurers, and a selection of articles about the benefits of our products to baby and toddler sensory learning and development.

We always have something new and exciting to offer our customers from sensory toys for newborns to gifts and products for babies and toddlers, and props and resources to match the changing seasons.
