Making A Purchase
Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse The Baby Sensory Shop and add any items that you wish to purchase to the shopping cart. When you have completed your order, click 'Checkout'. You will be asked for a few details, which will enable us to complete your order.
Credit Card Security
All credit and debit card transactions are carried out by dedicated 3rd party payment processing services with SSL encryption for ultimate security.

If you are happy to provide your bank details, we can accept a bank transfer.
Alternatively UK Cheques and Postal Orders may be sent to us, but please note that no products will be dispatched until the payment has cleared.
When we have received your order, a 'confirmation of order' will be sent to you. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. When we send you an invoice, this indicates acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us. We have included this term to protect us in case a mistake has been made in pricing, that we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or that we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable.
Shipping, handling and postage will be added automatically where applicable.
Overseas shipping will be calculated automatically during checkout. Please note that there is a 2kg limit per order on overseas shipping.
Mainland UK – Standard Delivery - £3.95 flat rate (small, light packages). Please note that extra postage may be added to large, bulky or heavy items. Estimated delivery lead time is 3-5 working days.
Mainland UK - Express Delivery - £5.95. Please note that extra postage may be added to large, bulky or heavy items. Estimated delivery lead time is 1 working day if ordered before 1pm.
Please note that purchases paid by eCheque may delay delivery for 5-7 days. We will let you know if delivery is delayed for this reason and when the eCheque has cleared.
Non-mainland UK & Europe – £14.36 flat rate (small, light packages). Please note that extra postage may be added to large, bulky or heavy items.
VAT is included at 20% where applicable.
Please note that sale items are non-refundable/non-returnable.
In the unlikely event that an item is out of stock when you place your order, we apologise for the inconvenience. Delivery will be made as soon as the item is available.
Please contact us (firstname.lastname@example.org) if you require an item that is out of stock. We will contact you as soon as it is available.
Baby Sensory Supplies will not disclose your information to third parties other than when your order details are processed as part of the order fulfilment. In this case, the third party will not disclose any details to any other third party.
Cookies are used on this shopping site to keep track of the contents of your shopping cart, to store delivery addresses (if the address book is used), and to store your details if you select the 'Remember Me' Option. They are also used after you have logged on as part of that process.
Please note that your email address will be added to our email newsletter list. It will never be passed to 3rd parties. If you do not want to be added to our list, please telephone or email us with the Subject Line "UNSUBSCRIBE".
We want you to be delighted with our products. However, if you are unhappy with the quality or durability of any purchases, please contact us. We will do everything possible to resolve the issue.
Faulty Goods will be replaced or the cost refunded as requested.
Because you are buying Goods by mail order, you may have a right of cancellation. If you do, (and only if you do), the following terms will apply:
- You must tell us that you wish to cancel within 7 days of your receipt of the Goods.
- Goods must be returned to us within 21 days of your telling us that you wish to cancel, with both goods and all packaging in their original condition. Goods must be securely wrapped and include our delivery slip, at your risk and cost.
After we have received the Goods, we will credit your credit/debit card or PayPal account with the full purchase price of the goods (excluding postage and packaging) returned no later than 30 days from the date of receipt.
If you do not return the Goods to us, you are still liable to pay us for the cost.
We are under no obligation to collect or recover Goods from you, but if we do, our costs will be payable by you.
